Nutritious and delicious plant-based dinner recipes to satisfy. Many of these are ideal for the freezer – so you can stock pile nutrient-dense meals to thaw mid-week for pure ease (think this Moroccan Chickpea Vegetable Tagine, or this Creamy Mushroom Lentil Stew).
