"I just made these and oh my gosh best brownies ever!" – Via Instagram
Chickpeas, dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut oil, cacao powder, coconut sugar, almond meal, oat flour, baking soda, sea salt.
Open a can of chickpeas, strain the brine into a blender and add the chickpeas to the food processor.
Over a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate together with the vanilla and coconut oil.
Pour the mixture over the chickpeas in the food processor, add raw cacao powder, salt and baking soda.

Pulse to combine.

Blend the reserved chickpea brine until foamy.
STEP FOUR • PART ONE
Add coconut sugar and blend again.

Pour the foam into the food processor, add almond meal and oat flour.
STEP FIVE • PART ONE
Pulse until you have a medium-density brownie batter.
STEP FIVE • PART TWO
Pour into a lined baking pan, scatter with chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool entirely before slicing to avoid the brownie crumbling - yum!
