Nori Guacamole! Good ol' guac with torn nori sheets folded throughout, to add a little extra nutritional goodness (minerals). Serves 4-6.

- 2 avocados
- ½ red onion finely diced
- Bunch of fresh coriander chopped
- 5 g toasted nori sheets torn
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Spring onions/scallions to serve
Smash the avocado on plate with a fork, then add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
Sprinkle a few slices of spring onions over the top to finish.
