Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • Bunch of fresh coriander chopped
  • 5 g toasted nori sheets torn
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Spring onions/scallions to serve

Instructions
 

  • Smash the avocado on plate with a fork, then add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Sprinkle a few slices of spring onions over the top to finish.
