2 cups raw cashews 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ½ teaspoon sea salt coarse
Pre-heat oven at 175˚C (350˚F), fan-bake, and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add cashews, maple and sea salt to a bowl and toss to combine.
Spread evenly over baking tray and bake for up to 8 minutes - tossing frequently to prevent burning.
Remove from oven and let cool to harden before enjoying.
