The Running Man


| serves 1 |

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ inch ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon cashew butter
  • ½ teaspoon honey (or add a date)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • ½ cup water


  1. Blend the first five ingredients till smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Blend the last 6 ingredients till smooth.
  4. Carefully pour over the pink layer in your glass.
  5. Mindfully enjoy it, so your stressed body can absorb all the beneficial nutrients and you can go on to have a super powered day!
